You can find basil, thyme, tarragon, heirloom tomatoes, carrots, corn, radishes, squash blossoms, chard, lychees, mango, fennel, lemongrass, lettuce, strawberries, purple beans, cauliflower and much more. Their aromas, colors and flavors inspire many chefs to prepare healthy, fresh and colorful dishes. Nearby there are also organic farms raising chickens, goats, piglets, quail, oysters and even farm-raised fish such as the Totoaba.
