La Biblioteca is transformed into a Mexican Gastro-Cantina

[two_first] Few Mexican chefs have achieved the level of international success as Richard Sandoval. Born in Mexico City, Richard is a true personality on the gastronomic scene. He is about to open restaurant number 47 worldwide. The Chef takes inspiration from his family’s favorite traditional foods and works with his team to create the menu for La Biblioteca.

A year after opening, La Biblioteca de Tequila dialed up the noise around the Mexican drink par excellence, tequila. Since then, the restaurant has been widely accepted by tourists and locals alike.

Starting this May, everyone will be able to enjoy the new “Cantina” concept. In addition to the mixology bar, visitors can experience fine cuisine with top quality ingredients and fast and attentive service in a casual and comfortable environment.

Favorite dishes such as the carnitas and the machete will remain on the menu but will be joined by creative new additions including the delicious pambazo and the tlayuda.

The bar menu has also been expanded with tequila fruit infusions that will allow visitors to enjoy a variety of Killer Margaritas, flamed coffee and carajillo coffee.

La Biblioteca del Tequila Gastro Cantina is the perfect place to savor more than 250 labels of tequila, mezcal and delicious specialties, while enjoying the spectacular view of Los Cabos marina and Medano Beach.
