Experts in meeting planning, chefs, mixologists, wellness and activities have given online workshops on various topics of interest to all those who want to discover Los Cabos from home.

“We want to continue connecting with travelers and launch an optimistic and close message. Los Cabos wants to be present in their lives, especially that they feel accompanied during this difficult time for everyone. Furthermore, these activities will allow us to strengthen ties with our audiences and generate expectations of returning to the destination as soon as possible.” Rodrigo Esponda, director of FITURCA

Enrique Silva, owner Chef of Huerta Los Tamarindos, shares the best technique for growing arugula and lettuce at home:

In a well-drained pot, add one layer of each element, repeat, and finish the last layer with soil. To sow the seeds, try a depth of ¼ inch. In 3 to 6 weeks you can grow your first homemade salad!

Oswaldo Vázquez, the award-winning mixologist creator of Bitter & Barrel, Mexican- inspired aged bitters us of a popular saying: for all the bad… a shot of Mezcal!

“We are at a difficult situation, but it is also an opportunity to reinvent our self. All bartenders, restaurant owners and hotel managers are working hard to show you how Los Cabos is the best destination of the world”. Oswaldo Vázquez

If you have a regular shaker and Tequila or Mezcal at home prepare yourself a “Paloma in the Arch”.

  • Grapefruit
  • Tequila or Mezcal
  • Soda or fresh Grapefruit juice
  • Salt
  • Lime
  • Ice cubed or crushed
  • Jalapeño pepper
