Tendencia an ally of the Communication Council

The Communication Council is a private organization focus on launching national campaigns through the media, aimed at positively influencing the mood and habits of Mexican society. Tendencia is proud to be officially one of its allies, adding to the collective challenge of positively influencing the values of Mexicans.

Currently, the Council is made up of more than 1,500 organizations that provide their voluntary support to promote great causes in Mexico and that maintain responsibility towards the environment, the community, quality of life, ethics and transparency to promote a construction of a better country.

Honesty, solidarity, respect and well-being are some of the values of this institution, with which Tendencia agrees perfectly in its quest to fulfill the commitment to promote ideas, attitudes and customs from a diverse and enriching destination such as Baja California Sur.

This alliance is a new opportunity to benefit and contribute to society through actions that celebrate culture and education. With didactic elements that not only promote reading, but also interaction thanks to the multimedia content that captures visual art to stimulate and inspire the reader.

Campaigns such as READ MORE have the mission of supporting this habit from within companies, encouraging their employees to carry out actions and activities that encourage reading through a system that measures the hours spent by their collaborators and families practicing this habit.

Another of the campaigns established in recent months is the correct use of face masks, one of the main health safety measures of the moment. The Communication Council has launched the “This is the correct use” movement as a strategy to raise awareness about the value of caring for ourselves and others to reduce the chances of contagion.

On the other hand, “It’s not cool” is one of his most recent strategies that emerged to sensitize the environment of Mexican children. It is currently in the third phase called “What is very, very cool”, a stage that “seeks to promote unity and family communication, offering alternatives to the consumption of alcohol and tobacco in minors, as well as providing sources of information on the consequences of its consumption” according to Salvador Villalobos Gómez, executive president of the Communication Council.

Tendencia has joined forces to support different foundations and associations within the Stand Strong Magazine section, where it seeks to contribute to social wellbeing with different projects that operate in Baja California Sur, as well as in the national territory. Our actions as a society help to build a different Mexico, so we use the printed magazine and our digital platforms to represent attitudes and customs that help us improve as a society.
