Letter from the Editor: Summer Diaries 2022

The trails between the mountains and some reference points where we were guided by experts in the history and customs of each place we visited in Loreto, gave us the magic that we needed to research to tell you about this place that was the first fertile settlement for the Jesuits in 1697 However, this peninsula was already the residence of the natives – hunter-gatherers – who established their home amid hot springs, surprising ravines with fresh water, caves, sea, sun, and beach.

The biggest challenge now is to transmit all that information – in so few pages – supported by text, photographs, and videos.

Without a doubt, the travels evolve and we with them.
