¿Qué está todavía en la lista por hacer en México Grand Hotels?
Seguir adelante, continuaremos en el sector inmobiliario.
Todavía hay mucho por trabajar y eso me anima, me empuja hacia adelante. Hacer equipo es importante, lo que viene es un hotel 100%.
La industria hotelera me atrae. Tenemos en Los Cabos un buen inventario de tiempo compartido y propiedad fraccional. Considero que ahora es el momento de incursionar en el sector hotelero para sumarnos al magnífico crecimiento que ha experimentado el destino.
Mis respetos a los inversionistas que han desarrollado grandes hoteles en el Corredor Turístico como Maravilla, Le Blanc, Grand Velas, Montage, Garza Blanca y Solaz. No se queda atrás San José del Cabo, Cabo San Lucas y el Corredor del Pacifico.
En el Corredor del Pacífico, Paco Bulnes está construyendo un amplio desarrollo muy agradable. También está Ernesto Coppel, que fue el pionero de ese lado, quien se aventuró a abrir el Pacífico", y Diamante donde se integraron Nobu y Hard Rock recientemente.
Puerto Los Cabos en el área San José del Cabo, bajo la dirección de Questro han desarrollado una marina, hoteles y zona residencial. ¡Esto me emociona porque Los Cabos continúa creciendo! Tenemos una superestructura y estamos compitiendo al más alto nivel en servicios de hospitalidad.
El trabajo de la iniciativa privada es impecable. Es un trabajo en conjunto que permea a todo el destino cuando se hacen las cosas bien.
Los Cabos es una inversión segura debido a los esfuerzos conjuntos de las empresas y el apoyo del gobierno. Es una estrategia inteligente que apoyamos porque este es nuestro hogar. El sector privado participa porque creemos en la unión entre empresarios. Hay grandes líderes que trabajan y unen a pequeñas y medianas empresas en diversos proyectos. Un elemento importante son las contribuciones y eso ha ayudado a hacer de Los Cabos un destino seguro. Ese es uno de nuestros puntos fuertes.

There is still much to do and that encourages me, pulls me forward. Teaming up is important because the hotel requires 100 percent.
The hotel industry is alluring to me. Los Cabos has a very good inventory of timeshare and fractional ownership. I feel that now is the time to venture into the hospitality sector to add to the fantastic growth the destination has experienced.
San Jose del Cabo, the Tourist Corridor, and the Pacific coast deserve recognition because, right now, there is a tremendous number of large hotels. There’s the Maravilla, Le Blanc, Grand Velas, Montage, Garza Blanca

On the Pacific, Paco Bulnes is building a very nice development. There’s also Ernesto who was the pioneer on that side, “the one who ventured to open the Pacific,” and Diamante development.
San Jose del Cabo is not to be ignored. Questro has its marinas with hotels and they talk about great chain brands to come. This excites me because the destination is growing! We have a lot value to show the world and we are competing on the highest level.
It is hard work. Some of us do this, others do that. If it rains, it falls on everyone. The concept of doing things right soaks into everyone.
Los Cabos is a secure investment because of the joint efforts of businesses and the support of the government. It’s a smart strategy we support because this is our home. The private sector participates because we believe in the union between entrepreneurs. There are major entrepreneurial leaders who work with medium and small entrepreneurs. One important item is money and that has helped make Los Cabos a safe destination. That is one of our strengths. The security here is not found in other tourist destinations in Mexico.
