Dulce Romero

Located just a few blocks from the boardwalk and right in the center of La Paz, chef Dulce Romero and her partner chef Rene Bejarano has created a place with a vintage, comfortable style. Her plan is to conquer the city with original recipes that can be enjoyed any time of day.

The outdoor area is ideal for reading a good book, meeting with friends or just enjoying a choice of recently baked breads. Baguettes and sourdough bread made from a house recipe are two highlights.

Sweet breads, baguettes, paninis, salads, fruit and vegetable juices are all organic and that includes the excellent coffee. You also have the option of taking home any these delicious organic products.
