Sorstis restaurant hosted an extraordinary dinner last December 21st. A pairing menu was presented featuring the CERRALVO wine label from the MD Vinos winery.
A young wine, CERRALVO is a red blend of three grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Tempranillo, created by the Enologist Laura Zamora. Forty percent of the grapes are sourced from San Juan de Los Planes and sixty percent from the Valley of La Grulla, ejido Urupan. The wine was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
