Los Cabos will host the seventh edition of the Sashimi Fest next year, a tremendous coastal event showcasing the diverse recipes for sashimi. The venue will be the Puerto Los Cabos marina in La Playa, San Jose del Cabo, on March 16, 2024.
Registration is open for four categories:
- Children (from 3 to 14 years old)
- Student (6 students and guide teacher)
- Gourmet (with the participation of several hotels)
- Regional
Registration will close on Friday, March 10, 2024. You can register from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm at the following branches:
- Aguachiles El Moky, San Jose del Cabo
- El Dorado Hardware Store, Cabo San Lucas
- Esquina Choyera, San Jose del Cabo (8:00 am to 1:00 pm)

The jury will consist of chefs from the Los Cabos region and connoisseurs of Southern California sashimi, with the final decision being irrevocable.
The awards will be divided into the following categories: public, children, student, gourmet and regional.
- 1st place in the Regional and Gourmet categories: $ 25,000 MXN.
- Students: $ 8,000 MXN
- Children: $ 5,000 MXN
- Audience Award: $ 10,000 MXN
Sashimi Fest Los Cabos has become one of the most popular coastal gastronomic events in Baja California Sur, being one of the most awaited contests by tourists and locals alike to taste the delicious recipes and different ways of preparation.
