Amparo García, host of the event, welcomed everyone: “This is the event of the year. Here, gastronomy, good music, wines and the beautiful camaraderie that we all share come together. It is an event to sing about, to share and above all to live”.
Ulises Méndez Mejía, President of Sabor a Cabo, stressed the importance of continuing to position Los Cabos as a world-class destination: “The Sabor a Cabo experience is not only culinary, it is also cultural, social and touristic. It’s a platform to showcase local talent and attract visitors from all over the world.

As every year, the event will have a strong altruistic component. Part of the proceeds will benefit the Cabo San Lucas Fire Department and the Boquitas Felices soup kitchen, which daily feeds dozens of children in the Caribe neighbourhood.
Martín Alcázar, President of the Patronato de Bomberos, said: “We serve with our hearts, but when you recognize our work, you motivate us to keep going. Thank you for thinking of us.
Ernesto Preseguín, Director of Avantec Los Cabos, the production company in charge of the event, confirmed: “We are honoured to produce this festival for the second year and to join causes like Boquitas Felices. We are going for a full house.

Also participating were Óscar Morando Villa, President of Canirac Los Cabos, who celebrated the return of the traditional Christmas date, and Zulma Rodríguez, Director of Sabor a Cabo, who reiterated the invitation to restaurants and suppliers to join the event.
With a renewed proposal, an international music line-up and a broader social cause, Sabor a Cabo 2025 promises to be an unforgettable edition that consolidates Los Cabos as one of the most important gastronomic destinations in the country.
