Art is culture. The different expressions of art involve all the senses of the human being. They connect us with the environment, they invite us to reflection and at all times they evoke a feeling inside us.
Those of us who live in Los Cabos, we can certainly recommend every Thursday to visit the Art District in San José, recognized as the cultural center. However, Cabo San Lucas is coming alive and adding cultural proposals:
ARTE EN CORTO
Showing daily 36 presentations. An intimate look to the arts: theater, dance, music, cinema, painting, and sculpture. Each presentation lasts no more than 20 minutes. Acquire a simple ticket for $ 50 pesos or a pass to enjoy several displays for $170 pesos. You have to live it!

Visual arts and entertainment: “Humble Desert” Joann Cappon’s paintbrush captures the beauty and magic of the many succulents that make up the landscape of the peninsula. This land that at the first instance appears arid and rugged, but soon it is discovered beautiful and protective for those who visit it and those who decide to make of this land their home.

Every Friday, kilometer zero at Amelia Wilkies Square is the meeting point for locals and tourists who enjoy Mexican traditions. Entertainment, gastronomy, a sample of regional articles and works by local artists adorn the streets reserved only for pedestrians.
