The Social Assistance Center in Los Cabos will help strengthen family ties

For Letty Coppel, it is a pride and a dream to have created this project in Los Cabos that in Mazatlan has been a success. The most important thing was that this idea could come true thanks to Black & White, a gala that raised $7’300,000 pesos to found the Social Assistance Center.

At a press conference held on Thursday, February 27 in the land that will be the Social Assistance Center in the future, Letty Coppel welcomed us and thanked the presence of the attendees for being there in the placement of the first stone of the establishment.

The director of the National System for the Integral Development of the Family at the state level, Gabriela Velázquez de Mendoza, delivered a certificate that accredited the activities of the center and recognized the important work of joining forces from both business and government sectors.

On the other hand, the goal of this site is to contribute for the better good in an integral way, helping as many families as possible, from teenagers and children, to mothers.

The place will have psychological help, nutrition, care for the elderly and general medicine, as well as training that will allow moms to have a trade such as clothing, jewelry or confectionery to generate self-employment while the child is in therapies.

The new Social Assistance Center created by the Letty Coppel Foundation will give a better quality of life to hundreds of families who will benefit from this space.
