Local organic products will be the progtagonist in the fourth edition of the Sabores de Baja Festival in Mirafllores. An organic food event that preserves the authentic South American flavors, promotes regional cuisine and the traditions of Baja California Sur.
“Gastronomy is a very important factor when choosing a travel destination, which is why festivals that bring together local products and culture make visiting Los Cabos even more attractive” Lilzi Orci, President Los Cabos Hotels Association.
In addition to spreading the wide variety of dishes and products that are eaten in this region, the festival seeks to promote the consumption of local products such as cheeses, preserves and vegetables with the brand Origins of Los Cabos, among golds.
The growth of the festival has been noticeable with the participation of 19 stands this year among them: Jazamango, Hotel Guaycura, Hotel Rancho San Lucas, Casa Martín, Il Forno, Wachinangos, La Carreta, Avocado Fish Cooperativa Progreso, Chef Julio Pastrana, Chef César Vargas, Gastronomy Institute of La Paz, Cabo Organic, Autonomous University of Baja California Sur, University of the Gulf of California, Chilpa, Doña Pame restaurant, Chef Luis Albores organic.
“It is important to highlight that in the framework of the international women’s day, we will be giving special recognition to three women who have been entrepreneurs of the state: Esther González Aguilar “Ms. Terucha”, Rosa María Ruiz González de Van Wormer“ Ms. Chacha ”and Carmen Consuelo Fiol Montaño“ Doña Pame ”.
