A 20-foot-long handcrafted live edge wood table seats 14 and is frequently decorated by the fabulous, locally based Del Cabo Events Design special occasions team.
This unique environment immerses guests in the rich gardens which are lovingly tended by head gardener Santiago Medrano. Santiago was charged with the task of building the Espiritu Organic Garden for the increasing desire for the two communities to have a functioning garden and a serene setting for homeowners to enjoy and harvest organic produce for their own tables.
Soil from the most fertile location of the Baja in Miraflores, 25 miles away, was trucked in to build the 30+ raised beds and plant the maturing orchards of oranges, mangos, avocados, and figs; the secret ingredient to the abundant growth and success of the Espiritu Organic Garden.
The garden is perched on the mountainside above Palmilla and serves the residents of Espiritu del Mar and Villas Del Mar, two prominent communities managed by renowned local developer Ron Hatfield of Del Mar Development. His communities are famous for the exceptional development planning and rich amenity offerings he has provided for his community residents.
The most recent and one of the last remaining neighborhoods in Espiritu del Mar, Remanso is the latest enclave of homes emerging into the community.
