When Francisco became the head of the Solmar Group 13 years ago, he did not have an easy job ahead of him. His biggest challenge was to help his family company become a prosperous corporation and continue to grow. He was able to carry out the construction of the fifth Grand Solmar Land’s End Resort & Spa hotel, which has contributed to the positioning of Los Cabos as an international destination offering the finest luxury properties.
In 1955, Don Luis Bulnes Molleda came to work at the packing industry of Don Elias Pando. With great vision, he acquired lands beside the sea that have become spectacular resorts.
His tenacity and effort resulted in two future generations that were and are dedicated to strengthening the service industry in Los Cabos. It all started with the Hotel Solmar. Perfectly positioned in a beautiful beachfront location, the Solmar offered tourists breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean.

Francisco’s father has been his greatest influence. He taught him the value of justice. As a result of his father’s teaching, Francisco leads as law-abiding life as possible. He is also passionate about the sea. It has allowed him to enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of the waters of Baja California Sur.
