“Amorcito corazón, yo tengo tentación” (“Love heart, I am tempted.”) of the 3rd. Edition for the benefit of children with heart disease.

The spirit of altruism is in the air. This year’s fabulous Mexican culinary festival, “Amorcito Corazón”, venue was Puerto Raíz in San José del Cabo. The 3rd Edition. As with previous editions, this latest edition was an initiative to raise funds for the Corazón de Niño Foundation in partnership with Amigos de los Niños A.C. The event was made possible thanks to the interest of the Los Cabos community in supporting and uniting efforts to provide surgeries for children with congenital heart disease in the municipality of Los Cabos.

At the event, there were constant smiles, rounds of applause, and even tears of emotion. The event featured singer-songwriter Daniel Idlizanka, accompanied by the musical group Mala Rumba, a charreria exhibition, an auction of a vintage vehicle, and a feast of flavours provided by ten culinary personalities. The following chefs were in attendance: Elizabeth Velis from Chefs in Cabo; Héctor Morales from Sunset Monalisa and Pan Di Bacco; Emanuele Olivero from Solaz; Ángel Carbajal from Nicksan; Elihu Sepúlveda from Solaz; Paolo Della Corte from Muna by Nobu; Javier Plascencia from Semillón; Yobet Mayo from Playa Grande; Javier Galindo from La Lupita; and Enrique Silva from Tamarindos.

The 12th annual “United by Heart” festival brought new hope to children in Baja California Sur. They received life-changing cardiac treatments and surgeries to give them a new lease on life. With the contributions from associates and donations collected during the “Amorcito Corazón” event, thousands of pesos are raised to perform life-changing interventions for families in Baja California Sur.

Patients can receive treatment for their medical conditions, allowing them to lead active and healthy lives.

Congratulations Corazón de Niño!
