To harmonize, we use perfumes and fragrances that preserve simplicity while exploiting the flavors of the cocktail to the fullest. For example, Matsuhisa Martini with sake and vodka; The Garden with sage, rosemary, yuzu and Japanese gin; or, the Mezcal Passion fruit with agave syrup, angostura bitters and rosemary smoke.”
