On December 17 and 18, the municipality of Loreto is preparing to welcome the State cyclists, who will participate in the venerable annual cycling race Ruta de las Misiones Loreto – San Javier 2022.
This event, which promises to be of the highest calibre, intends to go above and beyond what was accomplished in the prior edition and has integrated logistics that will provide the best attention to spectators and safety for the runners.
The competition consists of 3 events. The Nopoló-Loreto race begins on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. against the clock. It is a 10 km event run at the top pace in which competitors strive to finish in the least amount of time.
The children’s races are scheduled for Saturday at 4:00 p.m. at the Pueblo Mágico’s seaside boardwalk and permit registration up to race day.
Finally, prizes will be awarded to the youngsters and victors of the race against the clock that will kick off the meeting before the major event: the Loreto – San Javier Missions Route, which will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, in front of the Loreto Mission. The road modality, mountain modality, and tourist or tour class are the three categories in which runners can compete in this race, each with its specifications.
This year’s Ruta de las Misiones offers excellent cash prizes to the announced winners in the competition and several sponsor-sponsored awards that all registered participants will receive.
