Yesterday, the press conference of the 7th edition of Paellas 2024 was held at the Puerta Vieja restaurant.
This year, on Saturday, June 22nd, 2024, the Hilton Los Cabos Beach & Golf Resort Hotel will host the gastronomic Paella Festival, presented by the Rotary Club of Los Cabos and the Hotel Association for the second consecutive year.
Several individuals attended the praesidium, including: Donna Jeffries, who represented Lic. Rogelio Alberto Tornero Carrillo, the acting Municipal President of the Honorable XIV City Hall of Los Cabos, in her role as Director of Municipal Tourism of the XIV Municipality of Los Cabos; Lilzi Orci, the Executive President of the Los Cabos Hotel Association; Jesús Corral, a Masero and Past President of the Los Cabos Rotary Club; Linda McHatton, who was present as both the Vice President of the Los Cabos Rotary Club and as a Representative of the club’s President, Lucia Hatfield; Enrique Vazquez, who represented the Los Cabos Rotary Club’s Youth Exchange Program; and Ana Maria Martinez, Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at the Hilton Los Cabos Beach & Golf Resort.

As is tradition, an expert jury will recognize a winner. There will be no cash prizes as the festival is meant to raise funds for the Rotary Club Los Cabos’ scholarship program, which supports 22 students from elementary school to university.
Two students are participating in international exchange programs, whose achievements are a testament to the success of the program and the community’s concerted effort to provide valuable educational opportunities.
