Construction begins on Cora Los Cabos: a new development in San José del Cabo

Its successful recovery and the pleasant figures in tourism have positioned Los Cabos at the head of various headlines, thus causing the destination to be shown as one of the favorite places for travelers and also for investors who put their trust in the growth of the city.

With a concept of modernity and spaces surrounded by nature, Cora Los Cabos, by Grupo Habitat Real Estate Developments, joins the list of developments that they hope to open in the future with 128 apartments divided into two platforms —Sunset and Sunrise— inspired by the organic view that surrounds this place inside Club Golf Campestre.

“My inspiration was born when observing this space from the upper part of the terrain. Since I saw it, I felt incredible peace and tranquility. The views are unbeatable, because towards the front you find the Sea of Cortez, while, on the opposite side, you have this wonderful golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus. It is an extraordinary piece of land”, commented the CEO of the project, Rafael Aragonés during the laying of the first stone of the development.

In addition to its privileged location, Cora Los Cabos pays a small tribute with its name to one of the groups of the first settlers of the Baja California Sur peninsula, also known as Pericúes.

Currently, more than 60% of the project has been sold and the work is expected to be completed in approximately 28 months.
