The plan is for a total of 228 condominiums and 86 houses constructed in three phases. Each model is strategically designed to provide space so families can live together and enjoy a life full of wellbeing.
Phase one is under construction and the first units will be ready in the summer of 2019. There are 29 houses and two different models. In additon, two buildings are being built with a total of 62 condominiums with one, two and three bedrooms.
