Among some safe measures that Solmar Hotels & Resorts has taken into account are training of employees with the new protocols and cleaning measures such as sanitation of all spaces, the use of face masks, safety glasses and gloves, as well as antibacterial gel.
Another of the awards that the Solmar Hotels & Resorts team received is the “Clean Spot”, which the State Government, through the Ministry of Tourism, Economy and Sustainability, awards to companies in the tourism sector.

The activity begins with a step-by-step explanation of the wine in front of you. You will be guided to recognize the olfactory level of the primary, second and third notes, and you will awaken your sense of taste. After the wine, the food will arrive: a menu of five courses to make the perfect pairing.
Halfway through the activity you will have the opportunity to step on the grapes to understand the unique wine making process. The wines José selects for this experiences are mainly Mexican, but he will also surprise you with not so common wines from foreign regions such as Italy and even Hungary!
Playa Grande Resort & Grand Spa will give you the opportunity to Make Your Own Ceviche. The goal in this activity is to pay close attention to the chef as he teaches you how to make an authentic Baja California Sur ceviche. This activity is available every Friday from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at the Calima restaurant with your favorite house mezcal, and good company!
