Ellen Myers is a young American woman who specializes in underwater photography and journalism. She is a Consumer Journalist with an emphasis in human development and family science graduate from The University of Georgia. Her nickname is Sinza, a term of endearment derived from the Spanish expression for “Shoeless” (Sin Zapatos), as she enjoys being barefoot. Daughter of an Irish-born couple who moved to Georgia, in the United States, she has traveled amply but her father has never left Georgia because he loves that place.
Ellen has traveled the world taking underwater photos, loves nature and has environmental and journalistic purposes to learn and guide groups that respect the environment. She has guided the most important underwater photographers who came to Baja California Sur since she lived in Los Cabos, and Loreto. She has an essential role in guiding specialized groups in the Puerto San Carlos and Magdalena Bay area. Ellen Myers also writes for newspapers and magazines and is a wonderful ally for all those who want to do journalism or defend nature.
