A new edition of San Jose BeerFest 2024 is underway. This Saturday, June 15, 2024, is the opportunity to taste craft beers from local brands, spend an afternoon with friends, have good conversations, and enjoy diverse food and live music.
Yesterday, a press conference was held in the Kia Cabos hall to announce an event at Plaza Antonio Mijares starting at 5:00 pm. The plaza is located in the heart of the Historic Center and is expected to attract many tourists and local attendees.
“In the mid-2000s, one of the industries we see expanding today began to take shape here in Los Cabos. Craft beer came to occupy a tremendous admiration of our own and strangers because we dared to create craft beer in our San Jose del Cabo. That famous burrito became known in time, and Baja Brewing became very important and illustrious. Later, in Cabo San Lucas, Yenekamu was born with a name of Pericu origin. These two companies have been working side by side for a long time, and this is not the first time they have come together,” said Chucho Montaño, Presenter at the press conference, which was also attended by Donna Jeffries, Director of Tourism of Los Cabos. Fady R. El Masri, representative of Baja Brewing and Jesús Gutiérrez of Yenemaku Brewing.
At the press conference, a surprise was unveiled: Baja Brewing and Yenemaku Brewing brewed a collaborative beer, the Session IPA, especially for the event.
Access to the festival will be free of charge to encourage greater attendance. A commemorative cup will be printed with the event’s logos and sponsors for visitors.
It will be a unique event that brings together the maximum areas of commerce; undoubtedly, it will be an excellent opportunity to participate in a camaraderie party with the country’s best beer. Don’t miss it!
