An exciting gastronomic event was held for the first time at the emerging restaurant Suelo Sur in San Jose del Cabo. 24 chefs from renowned restaurants and hotels participated in the event, cooking in pairs that were chosen by a raffle. The chefs used various proteins in the preparation of dishes for 12 food stations. These stations were divided into categories such as sea, animal, vegetarian, and dessert proteins. The event was held to benefit the foundation. “Drawing Our Dream”.
On Saturday, April 20th, 2024, the renowned chefs came together and created delicious dishes that were a hit with the diners. The ideal complement was the wines, red, white and rosé from Baja Wines, as well as two beers totally Sudcalifornian by Yenekamú.

This year’s venue, Suelo Sur, is an incredible outdoor venue with indoor micro-spaces and restaurants that coexist to create a magical environment. Organizers dressed that night in a feast of flavours to receive altruistic foodies to support the foundation “Dibujando Nuestro Sueño”, whose donation will guarantee food and a nutrition program for a year for 126 beneficiaries of the community dining room.
