Ana Belen Cortez, chef and culinary advisor to Sigma, meets with fellow chefs to cook and spend pleasant moments among friends who share the same passion for cooking.

It is also an opportunity to share techniques, knowledge, and experiences and test many Sigma Foodservice products. The programs are a way of affirming the company’s commitment by teaming with the people who transform simple food into unforgettable experiences: The Chefs.

Snake River Farms, creators of American Wagyu Beef, was chosen as the brand for the first event. The venue was the impressive facilities of the Grand Solmar hotel at Rancho San Lucas.
