Bortolomiol Bandarossa Pros Extra Dry Millesimato

Bandarossa, the “good sign”.

Originally, the “red band” was a sign that the founder, Giuliano Bortolomiol, traced on the best selection of the year’s bottles of Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Extra Dry.

It was the wine reserved for faithful friends who shared a passion for the land, tradition, and good wine with him. This special Prosecco di Valdobbiadene that Giuliano marked with the red pencil for forty years has its unique seal and represents the quality of the best sparkling wines of the Bortolomiol cellars.

The bouquet is rich and enormously pleasant. The aroma is of a variety of ripe fruits. Stalky aromas of yellow apple and pear stand out. There are also delicate nuances of sweet citrus and pleasing floral aromas. The creamy, bright palette does not disappoint, as it is well-molded in residual sugar. Wonderful as an aperitif, this wine is intriguing, with savory dishes, cream, and seafood.

Zone of origin: from the hills of Valdobbiadene, Glera grape pale yellow, delicate and persistent, subtle, pleasantly fruity and aromatic. Slightly friendly, harmonious, and velvety.

The Calera Central Coast Chardonnay is sourced from some of the appellation’s best vineyards. It has become a benchmark for the region, balancing lush richness with beautiful minerality and wonderful citrus flavors.
