The First Land & Building Golf Tournament was a fantastic event. Cabo Real Golf Club was the ideal venue to welcome the 100 players who registered early on Saturday, May 11, and eagerly joined the charitable cause.
The event was successful with a game, awards ceremony, raffles, and an exciting auction of art and antiques by Morton Auctions. To add to the excitement, the musical group Totoy kept everyone entertained while players and special guests savored delicious drinks and food provided by the sponsors.
“I am very grateful; everything went very well. We organized this tournament for all our friends, and hopefully, we will repeat it next year. See you on the course,” said Ricardo Reyes Sandoval, Director of Land & Building and Organizer of the tournament. He was visibly excited after the awards ceremony and amidst warm applause from the attendees.
Vicente Azuero, Juan Carlos Ugarte, Felipe Arechiga, and Frank Arechederra won the tournament at Cabo Real. This golf course is a masterpiece within the 2,800-acre resort and residential project with 3.2 miles of beach. Cabo Real Golf Club features a multi-themed Robert Trent Jones, Jr.-designed 18-hole oceanfront course surrounded by mountains.
The tournament was organized to support a cause that had a profound impact. Telebachillerato #39 of Cabo San Lucas, the beneficiary, has been operating for more than ten years, catering to the basic and essential needs of the 116 enrolled students. The tournament also provided a life-changing opportunity for Ana Rosa González Ambrosio, who will receive a scholarship to continue her university studies. This is a testament to the power of our collective efforts and the positive change we can bring about.
The First Land & Building Golf Tournament was not just a resounding success, but a testament to our collective achievement. It showcased the quality of the competition, the experience it provided, the effective management of resources, and our commitment to sustainable practices to protect the natural environment. It was a day filled with joy and enthusiastic coexistence. We look forward to creating more memorable experiences in the future.
