The spectacular Gala de Danza returns, in its seven editions. One opportunity to see the best ballet artists meet on stage to delight us with their love for dance. From April 4 to 6, 2019 do not miss the celebration of creativity, authenticity, and the talent that Gala de Danza has.
Under the direction of Christina Lyon, Gala de Danza allows the community of Los Cabos and also the tourist to be a part of this high-class global event that brings together different ballet schools like Mater Dei High School, 18 students from a Monterrey school and the foundation Danza que da Esperanza, from Los Cabos.
“Danza que da Esperanza is a foundation for young people in vulnerable situations that can find, through dance and education, a safe place to express all of their feelings. Lourdes Tellez is the teacher in charge of the foundation and the important task of the institution culminates in those lives it touches and transforms so the children can feel that they are capable of achieving great things.”
Gala de Danza has changed the life of so many dancers thanks to its international platform in which its positioned and its compromise to social causes. One of the lives it has modified was Andres Zuñiga’s, who at the present is a member of the team of dancers in the ballet company of New York.
For the second year in a road, VICEROY works together with Gala de Danza and brings a breathtaking scenario in which the architecture blends perfectly with the concept of the dance and, as a consequence, it creates new forms of innovation.
The scenario turns to be a “white canvas” and with that, art is created. At the same time, the outstanding view becomes an event to witness thanks to the Sea of Cortez that is at the back of this exclusive place.
The valuable dancers and singers that make Los Cabos proud and the enthusiasm that is behind everyone who helps the event take place, establish a precedent and a direct impact to the cultural and economic growth of the destination.
