One of the largest meetings of the hotel, restaurant and banquet industry will take place for the first time in Los Cabos with exhibitions on May 25, 26 and 27, 2021. The main goal of the event is to link and promote the three sectors, as well as to spread among industry agents the products, services, innovatin and technology of the different suppliers in the destination.
Verónica Pérez, project manager at F2F Mexico, reiterated that this event is intended for the Baja California Sur market, which has positioned itself as one of the first states with the highest economic growth, even under the ravages of the pandemic.
The encounter is expected to be attended by industry professionals who will have access to the more than 80 brands that will participate in the meeting to showcase their product and service offerings.
Eliza Araos, executive director of the Los Cabos Hotel Association, stated that this approach organized by F2F Mexico is a good opportunity to promote the economic activity of the Los Cabos municipality. Since more than 85 hotels belonging to the association will attend, as well some which are not currently members.
The invitation is open to local suppliers who wish to register and make themselves known to approximately 4 thousand industry professionals. HORECABO 2021 will take place at the Los Cabos International Convention Center facilities and will be the ideal occasion to generate business among local producers.
The undersecretary of the Baja California Sur Secretariat of Tourism, Economy and Sustainability, Fernando Ojeda Aguilar, mentioned that “the combination of services and attractions has allowed us to strengthen ourselves nationally and internationally.”
Baja California Sur shows good signs of recovery and this kind of events bring together the three most important sectors for the State’s economy (Hotels, Restaurants and Banquets). This is a door to generate great business, give exposure to local suppliers and strengthen the industry tourism in a booming and developing destination.
