Ofrenda by Inferno Fest: A Vibrant Tribute to the Day of the Dead at Solaz, a Luxury Collection Resort
We were delighted to participate in ‘Ofrenda’, a two-day celebration honouring the rich Mexican tradition of the Day of the Dead. A dazzling array of 101 of Los Cabos’ best chefs and mixologists came together to create an experience that paid homage to this cultural celebration. The place was adorned with colossal alebrijes, catrinas and catrines, creating a visual feast for the attendees.
The heart of the celebration was a captivating setting with live music, surrounded by abundant food and beverage stations offering a variety of Mexican delicacies. ‘Ofrenda’ was not just an event; it was a journey through the heart of Mexican traditions, inviting attendees to immerse themselves in the beauty and meaning of the Day of the Dead.
PGA TOUR: A Hole-in-One Collaboration
Del Cabo Events collaborated with the World Wide Technology Championship | PGA TOUR on the golf front to create a spectacular experience. Our contributions ranged from the opening events to the VIP players’ house and even the 17th and 18th holes. By infusing our touch of creativity and style, we enhance the overall atmosphere, making the tournament not just a sporting event but a memorable experience for both players and spectators.
The collaboration with PGA TOUR allowed us to showcase our versatility in event design, demonstrating that whether on the tennis court or on the golf course, Del Cabo Events can create a captivating and unforgettable atmosphere.
ATP 250 Tennis Tournament: A great success with Stéfanos Tsitsipás
The ATP 250 Tennis Tournament brought the tennis world to Los Cabos, with the charismatic Stefanos Tsitsipas stealing the spotlight. Del Cabo Events was honoured to be the official sponsor of three exclusive events: the players’ parties, the tennis talks and the grand closing party. These events were a mix of sportsmanship and glamour, offering attendees the opportunity to celebrate the players’ athleticism on and off the court.
The players’ parties were a celebration of achievement, filled with music, dancing and the vibrant energy that defines Los Cabos. The tennis talks provided a unique opportunity for fans to interact intimately with their favourite players and gain insight into the world of professional tennis. The grand closing party was a spectacle of lights and music, a fitting end to an extraordinary tournament.
Easter Extravaganza: Six Days of Splendour at Marquis Los Cabos
In collaboration with renowned event designer Norma Cohen, Del Cabo Events organized a six-day Easter event at the Marquis Los Cabos Hotel. Each day unfolded like a chapter in a story, with themes ranging from “Saturday Night Fever” to “Moroccan Inspiration” to “Love Shack Fancy.” The event was a testament to our commitment to creating unique and immersive experiences, offering a new show for attendees to enjoy each night.
Beach Bash at Cove Club, Cabo del Sol: Designing Dreams by the Sea
Sun, sand and sea were the backdrop for the Beach Bash at Cove Club, Cabo del Sol, where Del Cabo Events unleashed its creativity with a completely unique design concept. Our team created a modern and elegant atmosphere using a white and blue colour palette, complemented with marine tones and figures. Maritime details, including coral reefs and pearls scattered throughout, added an elegant touch to the festivities, creating an unforgettable experience for all attendees.
IMEX America: Shaping the future of event design in Las Vegas.
Del Cabo Events took centre stage at IMEX America, a prestigious event focused on Meetings, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions (MICE) in Las Vegas. More than just an event, IMEX America offered an immersive journey into the latest trends, innovative solutions and unparalleled networking opportunities within the events industry.
With thousands of professionals, industry leaders and exhibitors, IMEX America provided us with the ideal platform to stay at the forefront of the industry. It was an opportunity to discover new possibilities, connect with like-minded people and explore innovative solutions that will shape the future of event design.
Corporate Elegance: A design showcase in Acre.
To close the year, Del Cabo Events showcased its design skills in a corporate environment. The event, held at the newly established venue, Los Agaves at ACRE, was a testament to our ability to tailor our expertise to diverse corporate needs. From concept to execution, every detail was meticulously curated to create an environment that combined Mexican touches in an elegant and creative way.
Culinary Awards: Elevating Los Cabos as a gastronomic destination.
Del Cabo Events is proud to sponsor the Culinary Awards, an event designed to elevate the region as a culinary destination and one of the best in the world. The winners were announced at two major events, hosted at Corazón Cabo and Nobu Los Cabos, showcasing the best in culinary talent and innovation.
In supporting Culinary Awards, our goal was to contribute to the growth of Los Cabos as a food lover’s paradise, attracting connoisseurs from around the world to savour the diverse and delicious offerings of this versatile destination.
VIP Summit by FITURCA: A glamorous Fam Trip.
Del Cabo Events took centre stage as furniture and design sponsors for the VIP Summit organized by FITURCA (Fideicomiso de Turismo de Los Cabos). This exclusive “FAM TRIP” featured two different events in outstanding locations.
The first event, held at Flora Farms, featured an elegant black and gold dinner. The second, held at Grand Velas, presented a more relaxed atmosphere with seating areas and tables with high chairs in white and wood tones, creating a cozy and comfortable environment for attendees.
As we have noted, 2023 has been a year of growth, creativity and community involvement for Del Cabo Events. Each event was extraordinary.
