I am proud to be a South Californian from Ciudad Constitucion in the municipality of Comondu. Working in the Baja California Sur Tourism Trust is where I discovered the wonderful world of tourism.
I am Lilzi, executive president of the Los Cabos Hotel Association. We are working together to make Los Cabos a safe place to visit.
As executive president of the Los Cabos Hotel Association, Lilzi works with different hotel directors, as well as service providers that are part of the backbone of the tourism industry. The team members are in charge of making sure tourists are happy when they stay in Los Cabos.
The biggest challenge in recent months was learning how to react to the pandemic so that the tourism sector suffered as little as possible. As a result, the team worked on an opening plan from the first moment of confinement. In turn, they implemented various biosecurity measures and coordinated with the hotels regarding which direction to take.
Lilzi’s goal has been to continue providing impeccable guest service and not lower the standards that position Los Cabos as the destination with the highest level of service in all of Mexico. In 2021, Lilzi confirms that the Hotel Association will continue to move forward and anticipate, react, and send the same universal message: Los Cabos is ready to welcome you.
