The beautiful plaza of Todos Santos was the perfect setting to welcome the 1st-mole festival with the participation of 15 proposals from various corners of the country. An authentic party lived all the attendees in an event with excellent organization, attention, Mexican dance and the Todosanteña hospitality.
With ancestral and traditional Mole recipes from Oaxaca, Michoacan, Yucatan, Guerrero, Veracruz, and Baja California Sur, it is proven that the heritage of Mexican gastronomy is to be proudly displayed anywhere in the world.
