Smoked clams are a thousand-year old Cochimie Indian tradition. The story behind this recipe has given rise to an entire celebration where you can enjoy stuffed, au gratin, pickled and smoked clams in a magical place that gave rise to the development of the peninsula.

The main event is a contest between the different producers of artisanal wines made in the region. Producers participate from San Miguel and San Jose de Comondu, San Isidro and San Javier. The judges are sommeliers from Los Cabos.
Anyone can attend, but only regional producers compete, which makes discovering new wines even more interesting.
You can try homemade dishes and regional sweets made by village residents, as well as take home a bottle of your favorite wine.
Queso, Pan y Vino[two_first]
