Javier’s terrace offers a breathtaking view of the bright, high turquoise waves that rise above the sea level. The proximity to the beach is just one of the attractions of the restaurant, located inside Cabo Azul Resort in San José del Cabo. Another highlight is the new section, Garden Kitchen by Javier’s, which has a vegetable garden to create drinks, season, or get close to and soak up the aromas of the garden.
Located next to the traditional Mexican food area that includes tamales, cochinita, grilled fish, mole, and the saucer section, the scent of the aromatic herbs from the garden mingles with the smoke from the grill.
In a privileged San Jose del Cabo location, Javier’s also stands out for its Sunday brunch from 9 am to 1 pm. Not only do hotel guests enjoy the varied flavours of the extended menu, but it is open to the local community.
The architectural design, sober and elegant, is the proper context for tasting food. In the cocktail bar, there is a wide selection to choose from: mimosas, exquisite Bloody Marys, or accept the mixologist’s suggestions.
The menu includes sushi, grilled fish, barbecue, wood-fired pizzas, paellas, and cheese boards, among other delicacies. And everything to taste. Ignoring the bakery section arranged in the hall’s centre is impossible. Delicacies like sweetbreads, cupcakes, flan, chocolate cakes, fruit tarts, churros and more are a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds. There are also desserts, ice cream and a cart with popsicles for the little ones.
After 17 years, Javier’s has reinvented itself by introducing a vegetable garden and serving a delicious brunch, creating an enhanced emotional experience.
